Slow Cooker Sausage, Potato and Kraut


4 red potatoes, quartered
2 cups sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
3/4 cup chicken broth
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs bratwurst or kielbasa

1. In slow cooker, mix potatoes, kraut, broth and pepper. Place sausage on top.
2. Cover, cook 4 hrs on high.
